Champion Community Shield, Elneny: Arsenal Must Keep Momentum
Mohamed Elneny believes that winning the Community Shield is the opening route for another success in next season’s competition. He also hopes this becomes good momentum for Arsenal.
The Gunners sealed their first title of the season after defeating English Premier League champions Chelsea in the penalty shootout that was held at Wembley on Sunday (6/8). This became their second success to subvert the Blues in the same place, when they won the FA Cup in May.
Elneny featured his best performance along Arsenal uniforms, and helped Arsene Wenger’s squad show steel mentality. The reason they had left behind by the opening goal which dilesakan Victor Moses at the beginning of the second half.
The Egyptian midfielder also explained that the motivation that is within the squad makes them successfully get a degree in the competitive arena. This is a good signal for them appear more trengginas next season.
